The client was seeking a comfortable home with the lower floor incorporating a flexible open space featuring a movie theatre and entertaining area.
The upstairs northern aspect of the house encompasses the main living areas and includes expansive glass filling the rooms with sunshine, and in winter, warmth. This part of the house expands onto a generous deck overlooking the water.
The low maintenance cladding creates an attractive and contemporary appearance to this functional home.
