Park Beach Home
An original fibro shack on a block of land was demolished. An impressive new house perched on the top of the cliffs looking over Park Beach, maximising the water views and north facing aspect was built on the site for the owners.
2B Building was a finalist in the Housing Industry Awards (HIA) in 2015 for the build. The HIA description of the house was:
“Imposing yet sensitive exterior blending into a superb clifftop location. Innovative yet functional design, maximising utility while taking advantage of sweeping ocean views. The living area features a stunning European fireplace. The clients are thrilled that despite a modest budget the high standard of workmanship and well-appointed kitchen and bathroom areas enhance what is clearly quite a complex building project.”
